Is Moorings Oceanfront Resort open year round?
Moorings Oceanfront RV Resort is not a year-round resort. In 2024, we are open from May 3 through October 20.

Can I camp at Moorings using a tent?
Sorry, Moorings does not permit any tents on our sites.
Is your beach public or private?
Our oceanfront beach is private, for use only by Moorings campers and their guests.
Are there sewer hookups at each site?
Yes. We also have an on-site dump station.

Are campfires permitted?
Yes! Each site has a campfire ring. These rings should not be moved from their original location.
Are pets permitted?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Moorings. Dogs must be leashed and picked up after at all times, and never left unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. We have a limit of two (2) dogs per site unless approved by the Moorings staff. If approved, any additional dogs will be $5.00 per day/dog. Should any rule regarding dogs on our property not be obeyed, you will be asked to immediately leave without a refund.
To prevent any problems prior to your arrival, please CONTACT US if you have a pet other than a dog.
How many people are permitted per site?
Our rates automatically include up to 2 adults and 3 children (17 & under) per site. Any overnight guests over this number will be subject to an additional charge, due to the extra usage of utilities, water, public restrooms and resort facilities. All daily guests will also be required to pay a usage fee and may NOT bring any pets.

Do you accept online payments?
Online reservations and secure payments will be available sometime in the near future. At this time, you can fill out our RESERVATIONS form, and we’ll contact you regarding availability and deposits.
